Standard delivery is within 7-10 Working Days after the date of your order from our UK warehouse although orders will usually be received much sooner.(Please note working days are Monday - Friday and do not not include public holidays and Bank Holidays) If you are purchasing an item that is dispatched from our wonderful Trusted Worldwide Partner then please allow 20-35 days although again delivery is usually much sooner. Please check the individual product page where it will be stated should your item be one of our Worldwide Partner dispatched items. Orders are processed in the order they are received, in the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is not available immediately we will contact you straight away to discuss a new delivery date with you. Once deliveries have been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation and if applicable a tracking reference to allow you to see your orders progress. International Delivery We are in the process of putting an international delivery service in place. In the meantime if you do require an order to be delivered outside of the UK please do contact us at email@example.com with your requirements and we'll do our utmost to help you.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We hope that you're really happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event that you do wish to return your accessory for a refund, please refer to our returns policy below.Our returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons as are jewellery sets containing earrings. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and advise us of the issue. Shipping To return your product, you should email your returns request to firstname.lastname@example.org and once approved and email will be returned with shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
